This is an amazing Carnelian Free Form from Madagascar with lots of character unique to this material. This beautiful Free Form measures approximately 6 7/8″ x 6″ x 4 7/8″ thick. This very cool item has darker background colors with Creamy accents and has an excellent design on all sides of it. It even has some cool cavities throughout. Close inspection shows some healed fractures, common for Carnelian. A great addition to any collection or a super gift.

Carnelian is a red or reddish-brown variant of Chalcedony but also may come in the colors of orange and pink. It is quite common and usually found in translucent pebble form. It is found in several areas of Europe, Iceland and Madagascar.
