This is ground Walnut Shell, a soft grit abrasive with no polish added.  This is a medium size  – 12/20 grit, and will work in both vibrating and rotary tumblers.  Slightly finer than   It can be used as is to remove tarnish from jewelry and other metal items or add red rouge for more of a polish on jewelry and other items.
