This is ground Corn Cob, a soft grit abrasive with no polish added.  This is a coarse size  – 20/40 grit and will work in both vibrating and rotary tumblers.  It can be used as is to remove tarnish from jewelry and other metal items or add red rouge for more of a polish on jewelry and other items.
