This is larger size of our crushed Sodalite from Brazil measuring 1 3/4″ to 3″+ in size. This material has beautiful blue and white color. It is great for the rock tumbler or use it just as is for fountains or other decorative uses.
Sodalite is a rich royal blue mineral enjoyed as an ornamental stone. Although massive samples are opaque, Crystals are usually transparent to translucent. It is very similar to Lapis but without the Pyrite Crystals and distinguishable color differences. It makes great jewelry, cabochons and beads.
