This is a nice, handpicked selection of South Dakota Prairie Agate and Jasper nodules. These range in size from 2″ to 4″ and will be great for those out there with a larger tumbler or a saw. While some may have a broken edge or side, most of these Jasper/Agates will be complete, rounded and smooth nodules making them easier to coarse grind than rough broken material. Limited supply so don’t delay!
Jasper, or spotted stone, is an opaque, impure variety of Quartz that is usually red, yellow or brown in color. Some Jaspers simultaneously exhibit several variants such as banding, flow patterns, dendrites or color variations. This results in what appears to be scenes or images in a cut section of the Jasper.
