This is a nice interesting specimen of Silver Ore from Silver Centre in Northeastern Ontario, Canada. Now a ghost town, this remote area was active in the very early 1900s with three silver mines after Silver was discovered in 1907. This unique Silver Ore specimen displays nicely and measures almost 2 3/4″ x 2 1/4″ x 3/8″ thick and weighs 1.9 ounces. This is a great collector’s item.
