Description
Leopard Skin Jasper, also known as Jaguar Stone, is a type of Rhyolite with orbicular inclusions. It crystallizes in the form of masses with lines and orbs throughout, and is found in a variety of earthen hues such as beiges, reds, and browns. It was named for its spotted appearance, and although some varieties have Jasper in the name, it is a true Rhyolite made from violent volcanic eruptions. It can be found in a few countries including Peru, Mexico, Brazil, and Africa.
